It says, that the invitation has been sent, but I do not get any email. Could be that my email is being blocked since it happened when I initially signed up as well. I was not getting the invitation to join my team's Jira but was able to get it after a few tries.

Hi @sparsh 
I found there was a suppression on your account from our side.  There was a response from your SMTP server initially of:

550 5.4.1 Recipient address rejected: Access denied. AS(201806281) [MW2NAM10FT103.eop-nam10.prod.protection.outlook.com 2023-05-02T03:42:14.295Z 08DB4AA70F8AC1D7]

I have cleared the suppression on our side.

We have see this particular can be common with some outlook email providers.  I recommend walking through our guide over in https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-articles/Unblocking-Office365-emails-for-Atlassian-Cloud/ba-p/1870108 in order to prevent this from happening again.
