To import CSV file with automation procedure

Hi,

I have created few bugs and details regarding it and i want to import it via csv file with a click that means automation procedure.

For that i came to know that i cannot use postman or cmd tool.

so write a script and import the detailed csv file i need help so that i can follow the relevant platform and use it.

Basically i need to create a bug with automation, please guide me on it!
