I would love to know if there is a solution for this. I am wanting to have a workflow where the issue will transition to a "waiting on customer approval" state and display a screen that has a wet signature capture. This signature will be attached to the issue and the issue will transition to "resolve this issue" state. I want to use it as a post on site service customer approval in our work order process utilizing surface tablets.
