Add / delete attachment according to custom field value

Hi guys,

i have a screen with tabs and fields, among the fields i have a customfield_xxx (choice list) and the attachment field.

I would like to give users the possibility to add or remove attachments if and only if the customfield_xxx is set to a specific value.

NB: i'm using Jira On premise
