You're welcome! I appreciate the clarification. When referring to admins in Jira (from the first curios), we are explicitly talking about the Jira global administrators. More specifically, those who have the Jira Administrators' permission in Global permissions. These individuals have access to the cog icon in the top-right corner and the "Projects" section. They have elevated privileges and can manage global settings and the ability to perform most administration functions.
