how can i set my andorid widget to make a specific sound when a new ticket on my queue arrived?

Only these notifications are available and only one sound is available when you enable notifications

For creation, there's still an open ticket

Thanks a lot @Pramodh M ,

i've read all related articles so my jira is working on cloud, and if i've understood, is not possible to create a push notification or sound on my device if new ticket will arrive in ALL OPEN TICKETS queue. This will works only if someone will  assign the ticket for a specific team member.

right ?
