When we set up the "create issues and comments directly from email" setup, everything was fine until last week, and now is not working

Its not clear if youre using Jira ServiceManagement or other product.
In order to help you, would be helpfull having more information, current configuration and steps used to configure when it was working.
We are using Jira software product on cloud, we used to raise the ticket while sending the emails, so automatically create the tickets on our board,
It used to work but hasn't in the previous three or four days
