bug in gadgets title in jira 8.21

Hello everyone, I have a problem with jira 8.21, the titles of the gadgets are like this:

some don't display well, no error in jira-diagnostics.log

I don't use Server so it is hard for me to repoduce. But it might be a certificate issue.

If you look at the image that I added, only some have problems, if it were certificate problems it would affect everyone.

I have seen that some have this problem in a general way in all gadgets, in my case it is not like that.
