The TestRail addon in the Jira Details does not populate for one of my projects. Even I can navigate to Jira ticket when clicking the Jira Id from TestRail.
Expected result: This is how it works in some projects
Actual result: It does not display for one project
Hello @Y Huynh
Is there a difference in the type of the project (i.e. Service, Software, Work Management) between the projects where it does and where it does not display?
Is there a difference in the project architecture; i.e. Team Managed vs. Company Managed?
@Trudy Claspill Project Type is the same for both of my projects and both are Company Managed projects. I have compared everything in the Project Settings but could not find any differences

Do the projects use the same Field Configurations, Field Configuration Scheme, Screens, and Screen Schemes?

They are slightly different for those settings. How a field configuration would affect this? I think TestRail should be like other integration (Zendesk, SF) and should display automatically on the screen because I did not find any field which mentions TestRail
