Sub task automation

Sasha
January 14, 2024

I'm trying to use automation so that when the parent task is aborted, whatever the status of the child task is, it will automatically change to the same aborted state.
(Don't care if the subtask has a status of 'Completed'.)

But, It didn't work. How can I do for it?

Hello @Sasha

Does the workflow for the subtasks support transitioning from any status to any status?

If the workflow restricts how the subtasks can move from one status to another, that would prevent the automation from succeeding.
