Unable to create issues from list view

Hello all!

I am facing this issue in my workk management project.

In the list view, when I click on "+ create" button it is showing me the following error

I have reviewed the permission scheme and the user the role has the create issue permission. 

could you please help me on this?

You can setup the request type at:

• Project Settings
• Click on Request Type
• Click on Edit Fields
• Click on Add a field

So you can setup as you wish.

Yes - that is correct, but this requires for each question a separate custom field.  We want to avoid to create > 500 custom fields to gather answers on different types of questions
What we are looking for is the capability to link a form containing  all these questions (and answers).

For instance when I want to submit an expense note, I don't want to have tens of customfield to reflect every line item

Francis, you could try Jirassimo IntakeForms It lets you show and hide fields dynamically depending on answers chosen.
