Complete column is deleting tasks. I had 30+ in there and today there are only just a few

I did not have a chance to make a chart from our completed work and wondering if there is a setting I'm missing that deletes after a certain amount of days.

Yes they are well members of this group (which is jira-software-users in our environment).

you need to make sure that the users are members of the jira-users group which is required to login.

 The "jira-users" group is the access group by default: it could be a different group if your administrator decided to be creative.
