Where can i set the expiry date of the SLA and get a notification before the expiry?

Can we change the form submission success screen?

Hi,

After a user submits a form there's a confirmation screen of sorts, with a call to action button that creates a project, if clicked.

How can we get rid of the call to action section of this screen, or alternatively, get rid of the screen altogether.

I don't know whether JIRA ServiceDesk itself has that feature but you can use this add on:

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

Thanks for the advice, but this plugin is available only for server solution and not cloud solution.

Is there any solution available for the cloud?
