Problems with Chrome while closing tickets,

Hi Team.

I am having problems since 2 days for closing tickets with crhome. When i used edge everything is ok.

The errors is that the windows for closing tikcets is not visible. This erros seems like if Chorme is blocking the window.

I just check the config of Chrome and everything is OK

In som cases, I update Chrome and in othres  I uninstall and re-install Chrome

Hi Carlos,

Try it with Incognito mode. If it works, then try disabling extensions one at a time and try after each one to see if it works. A lot of times it’s an extension and not chrome itself.

Have you confirmed that pop ups are not blocked?
