Hello,
I have a problem with the "Custom Fields", and it is that I have created one about Select List (multiple choices) ("Fabricantes") here so that it always appear in the incidents, both in the creation and in the edition:
- Settings > Issues > Custom Fields:
But they do not appear here and I don't know what I'm doing wrong:
- Project Settings > Issue Types:
- Create Issue > Show Fields:
Thank you!
Thank you, @Vedant Kulkarni
But where could I select Company Manged Project in Jira Work Management?
Thank you!
@Carolina Rubí , you might want to elaborate on your issue because nobody will have access to these links which you have put in.

@Carolina Rubí , seems like you are using Team Managed Project in Jira Work management, which does not support adding existing custom fields. If you want to add an existing custom field and do some more customization like custom workflow and schemes then you would need to select Company Manged Project in Jira Work Management.

@Carolina Rubí , you cannot change the project type, you will have to create a new one and move the existing issues to the new one. This doc can help you Migrate between team-managed and company-managed projects | Jira Software Cloud | Atlassian Support
