Hi, @Catalina Pabon. The short answer is no. Currently, out of the box, it is only possible to restrict access to projects and issues, but we can't restrict field visibility yet. This feature request has been around for a few years, and ongoing discussions remain. I'll leave some references I found on Atlassian's public issue tracker that you can look at and explore the linked/related tickets:

There are, however, workarounds using workflow conditions in combination with your permission schemes and screen configuration, but it doesn't fully restrict the custom field depending on the setup.
