Issues with workflow Validators.

Hi,

I set validators 'Validates that one or more forms are attached to the issue.'. But problem is that I am not able to find any attachment. Where I can attach the form? 

Please help. 

Same problem with attachment field as well.

Hi @kshridvipa7878 

I believe the screen in the photo is transition screen which you may have added in the workflow. can you please check  the following 

1.check whether the transition screen has the attachment field added to it, if not pls add it to the transition screen 

2.check whether you have add attachment project permission 

3.check if you are able to add the form in the issue view screen first instead of the transition       screen then try to transition the issue.

And can you please share the workflow validator screenshot it will be more helpful to understand the problem

Check if you have relevant permission to add attachment !.

Or check the fields are present in the screen.
