Is it possible to edit the style of an issue's description field in Jira Work Management?

At my company we have recently moved our work from Jira Software to Jira Work Management, but we're facing a problem that we did not have back in the Jira Software.

When we edit the Description field of an issue (Task, Deliverable, etc.), we can only write text without editing its style, e.g. we cannot include bold or italic text, we cannot add emojis, we cannot use bullet points or numbered lists, we cannot add images, etc.
Is this because of something that we have turned off in our settings? Or is it actually impossible to do this with Jira Work Management?

This is how our Jira Work Management Description field looks like: Screenshot 2023-03-08 101738.png

This how it looks like in our Jira Software:Screenshot 2023-03-08 102015.png

Thank you for your time!

Hi India - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Yes, you just need to edit the Field Configuration for that project and change the Renderer of the Description field to Wiki style.

Go to Settings > Issues > Field Configurations and search for the one used by your JWM project.
