We received a request from a customer, he would like run a monthly report with the overview of issues/tickets they created that month from his dashboard. We would like to automated it so that we wouldn't have to spend time on this.
I looked everywhere but I cannot seem to find how this can be set up.
In case this is not possible, how do you solve such a request?

Unfortunately, the default portal does not provide for creating reports or dashboard features. There are add-on solutions for this you might consider. Other options include setting up a BI site for your customers, such as Microsoft PowerBI, or similar application. You could also create reports in excel and automatically send them to your customers.
