Integrating Jira Tasks with Outlook Calendar

Does anyone know of a way to integrate a specific user's assigned tasks with their Outlook calendar? We do have the Yasoon/Microsoft 365 integration but I don't know of a way to do this that originates and shows the tasks directly in Outlook rather than having to go into Jira and view a separate calendar.

Hi there @Brittany Melville ,

thank you for this message. I work for yasoon and I am happy to help. Integrating your Outlook calendar in Jira is possible but bringing issue dates to Outlook is not possible ... yet! We'd like to know more about your use case and help you directly, so I'd recommend to book  a demo here: Meet Microsoft 365 for Jira (office365.com)

In any other case you can raise a support ticket here: Technical support - yasoon Support - Jira Service Management (atlassian.net)

Have a great day!

Regards

Britta

Britta,

I think I may have confused you. Sorry if I was unclear. I am using Tempo to track my time in Jira. The Outlook integration reads my Outlook calendar and brings those items into Tempo when I use Tempo's Basic calendar connection. The result is that I can see my scheduled meetings in Tempo.

When I connect with the Enhanced connection, I do not see those meeting items.

In the example, the Jira 2791 entry is an Outlook meeting, using the basic calendar connection. The other is the example using the Enhanced Calendar connection.

Hope this helps clarify the issue.

Thank you,

Jason

My apologies, I was reviewing the wrong post.
