Priti patel January 25, 2024

Hello,

I have a subtask of task and while first time importing i am sucessed to import the subtask but jira not take due date. after that i checked and change the date format and now i am using the subtask issue key, summary.issue type, due date, parent for updating the due date. but it ishowing the below error.

I do not want to create new subtask. i just want to add due date in existing subtask. I am sharing few screen shot and file which i used.

Hello @Priti patel

It appears that you corrected the problem from your first screen image with your second screen image.

Have you tested it by trying to update just one subtask with this import process?
