Atlassian is making it hard for me to get any work done. I have an externally managed cloud account. They keep popping up a screen asking me to update my address. It blocks me from my project list. Can someone get Atlassian to stop this practice? It is impossible to work, I can't make the address update because the external partner controls that.
Atlassian seems to have responded to my support ticket and fixed this for me.

If this is what I think it is, then they have a legal requirement to get that information. The only way to proceed would be to get your external partner to answer the questions.
But there are a couple of other things it might be.
Could you give us a screenshot please? Some rough ideas of what you're trying to do when it appears would be nice, and please do obscure anything that might be an identifier - we need to see the raw errors, not specifics. "Hi zzzzz, we are missing part of your address, we have zzzzzz, and an email of zzzzzzz, but we also need a telephone number" for example
