How to get all tasks for a project in the Overview Summary ?

So my problems is that resolved tasks are not displayed and calculated in the project summary overview.

Only item which have been resovled during the last 7 days are implemented to the calculation. How can I change this issue so that ALL tasks are implemented in the precentage calculation regardless of the date (last 7 days ) ?
