We have Epics in a Work Management project.
In the "List" all Epics are displayed, but if I expand one, only child items from the Epic's project are displayed. How can I also display child items from other projects at one glance?
Hi @KB,
to the best of my knowledge, JWM's list view will only show the tickets of the given project. There is a new overview feature in JWM that comes with some cross-project views, but the list view isn't one of them.
Best,
Hannes
Just to add to the above: If you're open to solutions from the Atlassian Marketplace, you may want to check out the app that my team and I are working on, JXL for Jira.
JXL is a full-fledged spreadsheet/table view for your issues that allows viewing, inline-editing, sorting, and filtering by all your issue fields, much like you’d do in e.g. Excel or Google Sheets. In a sense, it has a few things in common with JWM's list view, however JXL comes with a range of advanced features, and also works cross-project. This is how it looks in action:
(Note how JSMC-31 is from a different project than the parent epic.)
Another advantage is that JXL sheets work in and across project of all types, not just JWM projects.
Any questions just let me know!

Hi @KB
Not sure if you can view a hierarchy of cross project issues. If you would like to try out a mktplace app for the same, please take a look at an app we have developed for the same use case
Through this app you can view all the issues for cross project in a tree structure. And the app rolls up the time spent at each parent level. You can add it as a dashboard gadget and export the data to a csv too.
Disclaimer : I am part of the team which developed this app
