How to Auto Populate Issues/Tickets by Level (Queue) To a Team?

When a ticket is created, I want it to go to a particular Queue. The queue is determined by level of effort/priority. How do I mapp issues to that priority (queue)?

What do you mean by "queue"? Jira Work Management does not use queues.
