Epics won't expand in list view for all team members

In list view, I am able to expand epics and see all the tasks but other team members can't. They can see the epic but the drop down arrow doesn't appear or the Plus icon to create new issue within the epic. We are all administrators on the Jira project.

Hi @Callum Anderton,

hm, interesting; the fact that there's no Plus icon could point to a permission issue (e.g., not having the permissions to create issues), but I don't see any reason why epics wouldn't be "expandable". I know that there have been related issues in the past - see e.g. here - but I would assume that these have been fixed by now.

In doubt, I'd reach out to Atlassian Support.
