We’re currently on the free version of Work Management but will upgrade as needed. Only some of our teammates appear on the drop-down menu under Assignees. On the other hand, all of them do appear in our software project. Please advise how to proceed. Thanks!

@Julia Choi , Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Access the project settings;

Click on "Permissions";

Go to "Assignable Users" and "Assign issues";

Analyze which groups or project roles are present in these roles and then add the users that do not yet appear to be assigned in the issues in these groups or roles.

Best practice is to add the user to the project role associated with the permission, if any.

To add user in project role, do the following:
In project settings, click on "People";
Select "Add people" and add the desired user to the equivalent project role.

this should help you to allow other users to be responsible for the issues.

If you still can't, please let us know.
