Assignee

We’re currently on the free version of Work Management but will upgrade as needed. Only some of our teammates appear on the drop-down menu under Assignees. On the other hand, all of them do appear in our software project. Please advise how to proceed. Thanks!

How many users are in your free instance? And how many do not show up in the Assignee field?

Thanks! I used “Add People”. Any reason why someone in the team won’t get email notifications for their task assignments under Work Management?

Are they getting any notifications in Jira? Like if you tag them on a comment?
