xml not saving correctly

I am exporting using xml to re-import to planningpoker but keep getting an error message.  Not sure it is saving the file correctly.  Others can use the same filter save and import with no issues.

 

I get the following error:

We've had trouble processing SearchRequest.xml. Please try again. Attribute without value Line: 151 Column: 390 Char: >

 

I have used .csv to import but not all info is imported into planningpoker tickets

Hi @Vicky Craig 

From your question it seems you are using some type of other tool, or addon, for doing planning poker.  There is no built-in planning poker feature of Jira Cloud.

What is that product and have you checked with their support channel for ideas to solve your question?
