why i can't upload my video as attachment

i am trying to upload a small video at the ticket but it doesn't upload i a using mac recording screen so it generate .mov file I tried to change the file extension to .mp4 but still have the same issue

I know it was 2 years ago :) , but did you solve the issue with video upload?
I've got same issue and can't find the solution.

Hi Yasmeen - There is a  2 gb limit for attachments.

no error display just it doesn't upload 

the progress bar for uploading not responding

Hi Yasmeen, it may be that your site admin has limited the size of attachments. So I would look into that first, let me know how you get on.
