I have been 10 minutes without being able to report the bug and with problems that the page keeps me logged in.
The problem is that when viewing a document attached to a Jira card, it recharges, bringing the scroll to the beginning, preventing the document from being read correctly.
I directly prefer the option to download instead of having to first view the document to just download it and finally be able to read it.
It is not the first bug I have tried to report and I cannot.

This does not seem to happen to me, but I can see that couple of users had a problem with this.
I suggest to raise a ticket on https://support.atlassian.com, since they will probably be able to assist you and help you quicker. If you have any problem with that, let me know.
