We have issue with the ELN next Gen project sprint report.
I see that none of the user stories we had are completed - even they are done.

Hi, on Jira which defines is a task is done or not is not the status name either the status colour but the Resolution field.
Please ensure that Resolution field is set when reached a final status either manually or automatically using a postfunction within the workflow.

Looking at the upper left corner of the image you provided, the board is associated with a Classic Software Project, not a Next Gen project.
In that case, as @Jack Nolddor _Sweet Bananas_ said, the report is looking at the Resolution field to determine if the issue is completed, not just the Status field.
