unable find assignee for jira issue

Assignee was assigned to a jira issue.

1. We couldn't see assignee name in dashboard ,

2. when we search issue in "search issues" we find assignee field as unassigned , attached in screnshot.

3. when we open issue we can see user who is assigned .

Can someone help on this

Do you mean assignee is showing on the view screen, but not on dashboard and issue navigation.

Is it showing unassigned on both dashboard and issue navigator?

Have you tried any thing like integrity checker or re-index?

in view screen only it is visible .

this is on production server .. so we cannot keep reindexing in mid of the month ,
