tracking users

Hi, how can I tell who is adding users to Jira when none of the system admins are adding? Is there an option in the settings to track who adds? If so, I would appreciate a full answer :)

And for sure the admins didn't add.

Have your Jira Administrators checked the Audit Log?

Navigate to Jira Administration > System > Audit Log.

Under the Categories field select user management.

Apply the filter.
