Hi, thanks for providing the screenshots. The description of the options talk about due date rather than resolution date. Could that be the reaseon? I was also under the impression that it concerned resolved Epics.

Could you be a bit more specific and perhaps attach a screenshot so we can see what you mean exactly?

The Roadmap function is normally not used in service projects, only in software projects.
