request access to an existing project documentation

Hello,

I would write to my team a template file describing how to request access to an existing jira project .... 

for example send email to project lead or administrator of the project with saying why you would access to that project ...

Someone of you have an idea of how can i to go about it

or someone of you has already wrote this king of template ?

I doubt that there is anything out there because there can be so many variances on how to provide access.  The most common ways are here: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/manage-project-permissions/

We use confluence to document our access process and then have users submit requests through service management,
