"Quickstart" button hides the application content.

Maybe someone from the dev team will take a look.
The bug itself that "Quickstart" button hides the application content on a backlog screen and etc. User can't scroll content to up enough to see the list with no overlapped button on it.
It is actually very difficult task to send a bug to the someone who responsible for the product. I checked the bugs board for duplicates. It looks like this bug was not reported yet.
In case that was done intentionally just ignore this question.

The issue that you are facing was reported as a bug, but it was already fixed:
The resolution is that a “Cancel Quickstart” was added to remove the button.
Please, click on Quickstart, and at the bottom, you will see the option.
You can enable it again by clicking on your profile picture.
