"Product Creation" configuring and adding new enviroments but getting an error

I'm trying to edit and add new enviroments - to an existing "Product Creation" issue but getting an error page when I click on "Product Creation Configuration"

The error page says:

"

It looks like our database is taking a little longer than usual to sync up. Wait a few moments then try again.

If you continue to see this error, raise a support request.

Hi @Batuhan Dogan ,

does the issue type "Product Creation" exist in Issues -> Issue types?

Is it also part of the project's issue type scheme?

This issue has been resolved, thank you.
