"Manually triggered" Automation does not work when triggered via "Issue Created"

Hi There

I am struggling with something odd.

I have an automation that works perfectly when triggered manually, but as soon as I set it to trigger when ever an issue is created, it still runs to success, but no data is passed.

It is the exact same automation, only the trigger is different.

Any assistance will be highly appreciated.

could you try inserting a "refetch data" prior to the log?
