mutliple clients single project

hi,

we one product for that we had created a project and we have multiple clients ,how to configure second client to the project or is it better to maintain one project for one client .

if one project for multiple clients how to handle emails one cc mail should not sent to other clients

Hello,

It depends on the permissions. If you do not want clients see each other tickets, then it would be simpler to have multiple projects.

If they can see each other tickets, then just set correct notifications.

Hi,

is it possible to clone the existing project if i create new project it will create all the default settings like workflows,permission ,issue types...

You can create a project with shared configuration:

All schemes will be shared with the project, from which you cloned the new project. That is why if you need to make change to one of the schemes only in one project, then copy this scheme, make changes and associate the new scheme to the required project.
