jira -rule that activate status task transform, according assignee update and custom fields maintain

hey,

I need the issue to change its status according to the fields update:

1st time - when the task is being assigned, its status should transform from 'to do' to 'in process'. 

2nd time - when all the custom fields are fulfilled by the user, the status of the task should be transformed from 'in process' to one.

You will need an automation/scripting addon for this (Automation for Jira, Scriptrunner, Power Scripts, etc.). The details will vary depending on your choice.
