issuekey in updatedBy("User name") not filtering correctly

I got the filter result which the "User Name" has not updated anything on that jira ticket.

Hi Frank, welcome to the Community. Did you inspect the history tab on the issue? One possibility is that there is an automation that is running on behalf of the user. In that case the rule executes as the user.
