invisible attachment in clone issue

Hello Dear,

We use Script runner (clone issue and link option) for clone issue in post function.

we add attachment field to "fields to copy" and it work correctly, but from yesterday we observe that attachment does not copy from source issue. when checked the post function, we noticed that the attachment field does not exist, and when try to add it we see 'no matches found'. we don't have any change configuration in project and this is strange.

jira version: jira datacenter 7.9.2

Script runner version: 5.4.11

Can you help us to resolve this problem?

Hi @azade bagheri,

Basic troubleshooting steps:

1. Try to replicate this on a test project on the same Jira instance.
2. Restart the Jira service to refresh the plugin cache.
3. Any new Jira apps installed recently? You might want to disable them to make sure they are not interfering with Scriptrunner.
