in MS Edge browser when adding a comment, Alt+e (to share with customer) does not work.

JustDoWIT September 28, 2020

When adding a comment to a service desk ticket I have three choices at the bottom, Share with customer, internal and cancel.

When I hover my mouse over 'Share with customer' help text says, 'Press Alt+e' to submit this form'.

When I hover mouse over 'Comment internally' the help text says, 'Press Alt+s to submit this form'.

When I over over 'Cancel', help text says 'Press Alt+` to cancel'

None of these 'Alt+ keyboard commands work.  We either need to remove the help text or get the Alt+ commands to work.  Thank you.

Alt+e doesn't work in Chrome, either (it opens Chrome's kabab (...) menu), but other shortcuts work.

Ctrl+Enter in Chrome creates an internal comment, even though "Share with customer" would be the obvious choice, since it is most prominent.

It looks like all the shortcuts that work in Chrome are now working in Edge, perhaps because Edge has switched to using Chromium internally (same as Chrome).
