I want to import a CSV file to Jira, but the button to import data does not  appear any where.

Hi Marco,

What do you want to import to jira (I suppose issues) and what are yours permissions on your project/instance ?

Regards

P.S. if you are site admin or Jira admin, can you check the permission Bulk change in the global permissions  (Settings -> System -> Global Permissions -> Make bulk changes)

Hi @Marco Gongora , welcome to the community and thanks for your question.

It sounds like your permissions have changed. Please can you check you still have the global permission to make bulk changes? Otherwise, you should be able to do this as a Jira product admin, again, unless your permission / system access has changed.

Let us know if we can be of further assistance.

Cheers

Then it is a permission issue for sure.

As @JM Perrot  recommended, Can you check the Bulk change permission in the global permissions  (Settings -> System -> Global Permissions -> Make bulk changes) . Your jira administrators can help you with that if you do not have access to system settings.
