how to send a Slack message to assignee on breaching SLA through SLACK

I get the slack messages can be sent to a common message. but that would be super irritating for others to recieve the updates.

instead i want it to be sent to the individual Assignee and Reporter

This is not possible at the moment but we are tracking it under ticket AUT-29 and AUT-396
