how to modify the default fields on issue

we want to modify the fields on the jira issue like people dates etc in one line

I need more info here. Please elaborate what your goals are here? What fields and what modifications do you want to make?

on issue screen on right side you have people, Dates and other fields want to change their order or add more details under them.

If it is a software project you can update the issue layout under project settings > Issue layout.
