how to constrain column by story points?

We'd really like to enforce a fixed work in process. We have an In Progress column and an Integration Test column. We know the maximum number of points we should have in both these columns. I'd like to implement a visual indicator if we cross that max rather than having to add it up manually all the time.

Is there anyway to do this?
