HI, I have one project where when we clone the issue it has the same user assigned to it. We want to remove that. How this can be achieved.
When you clone a ticket, it will clone all of the values, including the Assignee. If you are using some type of Automation to clone the ticket, then you will need to add a step to clear the assignee. Or you can do that in the Create transition post function in the workflow.
