how do i set auto-assign to agent based on workload

I am looking to auto assign an issue request to the next available agent based on workload.

so if agent 1 is working on 3 request and agent 2 is working on 3 request I want the next request to automatically be assigned to agent 4.

This is be more complicated than standard jira automation allows for- do you have scriptrunner installed? If you do, this shouldn't be too hard.

I am still in test mode with the free trial trying to evaluate if this will meet our requirements and if I am able to perform te customizations without the need  and use of a developing resource.

this is one of the last pieces that I would need to test.
